Regina Rehab and Family Medical Clinic opened in June 2004 after much reflection on my part. We are a privately owned, locally-based, and multi-disciplinary health care facility. We are the only clinic of this kind in Saskatchewan.
 The idea for the clinic came out of the need to step up our health care system, particularly how patients are treated by the system. As I worked in private practice, I noticed a lack of communication between care providers, patients being rushed through the system, pushed aside due to the shortage of answers regarding their condition and/or symptoms, and a shortage of proper referrals to meet the personal needs of the patient. This drove me to imagine a better way and then to bring that dream into reality. This clinic is the result of that dream.
The clinic consists of a unique team of caregivers working closely together to create a thorough, efficient, and professional approach to your well-being. Through our multi-disciplinary approach, we are able to assess, diagnose, and treat you in the most timely and effective manner. Should some conditions fall outside of our scope of practice, we are able to refer to other specialists we work with.
The other part of our unique approach to health care is the creation of a positive environment in our facility. We have created a calming place where you can take all the pressure off and turn your appointment into a positive experience. You can enjoy a cool glass of water or a hot cup of tea at the tea bar, listen to relaxing music, read a book, or talk to our friendly staff. This is all part of the uplifting environment we hope you will find at our clinic.
