Q. How do I schedule an appointment? A. We suggest you phone our clinic to make your initial appointment. Our trained staff can help you determine what will best suit your needs and explain our intake procedures. After your initial appointment it is advisable to book your subsequent appointment(s) in person before you leave, this allows us to best accommodate your needs.
Q. What kind of health issues are dealt with? A. We cover a wide range of health issues. From helping people achieve a high level of wellness (keeping healthy people healthy) to dealing with chronic injuries, sports injuries, stress and everyday needs of the human body. Your treatments are as individual as you are and your needs.
Q. How do I know what practitioner to see? A. If you are unsure of what practitioner to see, you may inquire with our front staff, and they can advise you as to what best suits your needs. If you are still unsure, or your condition is more complex, you may choose to see our Physiotherapist who will then do a complete and thorough assessment and set up your individual treatment plan, directing you to the proper treatment modalities for your condition.
Q. Will my health plan cover any of the treatments? A. Your health plan may cover all or portions of your treatments. You need to check with your insurance company as to their particular requirements. All practitioners within our clinic are registered with their respective associations. We will provide you with complete receipts, which will include the registration number of the practitioner.
Q. What types of payment are accepted? A. Cash, cheque, Debit, Visa and Master Card
Q. Do I need a referral to see a practitioner? A. You do not need a referral to see a practitioner here. Your insurance company may require a note from your doctor. Inquire through your insurance provider, or through your Human Resources department.
Q. Are you accepting new patients? A. Our MAssage Therapists, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, and two Naturopathic Doctors are accepting new patients. Presently our Medical Doctors and Julie Zepp have full practices and are not accepting new patients.
Q. Why should I visit your clinic? A. Because we are a unique multidisciplinary clinic that offers your entire healthcare needs in one location.
Q. How will I know who else to see? A. At our clinic the needs of the patient are kept foremost in our approach. All practitioners in our clinic will refer you to another modality as needed. This holistic approach leads to a balance of treatment options individualized for each patient, addressing the needs of the patient as they occur. It is patient based approach that leads to positive outcomes and return to well-being.
