Karen Jensen
Karen Jensen has been a practicing social worker for 25 years and has a wide and varied background as an educator, counselor, trainer, manager and bodywork practitioner.
She has worked will well over 50000 individuals from all ages and cultural backgrounds. Karen has also worked with groups, couples, families and community. She uses an eclectic approach in her practice.
To date, Karen has received extensive training in a number of therapeutic modalities, as well as specialized training in: addictions, eating disorders, sexual, physical, emotional abuse for men and woman, codependency (childhood/adult onset), trauma, PTSD, grief, chronic pain, acquired brain injury, psychiatric disorders, depression and relationship issues. Most recently she has received training in Myofascial Release.
Karen is excited to join the team at the Regina Rehab Clinic, and her main focus will be providing the services of Myofascial Release, Counseling and facilitation of seminars. She looks forward to assisting people to live their best lives possible.
