What is Energy Psychology?
Energy psychology applications are a set of procedures and protocols based on a model of health that is considered to be complementary to the traditional model. These interventions are based on the belief that a body needs an uninterrupted energy flow to maintain health. When flow is restricted, the body enters into a state of stress.
Interventions are designed to return the body to the relaxed state. These interventions utilize touch to target the release of emotion from the body.
